I bought the Azimuth dual controller from VR Insight a few months back and now I'm back on shore leave I've had a chance to get it working properly.
History:
Bought the sim controller early 2025 and it did not work well at all. I seriously considered returning it. Azimuth controls bounced around all over the place.
Did some research and determined the output of the controller needed calibrating but didn't have time to go any further.
Today I sat down, downloaded Logitech's DIView zip file. I then extracted it.

I then ran DIView as administrator and calibrated the controller following the youtube video's guidelines. Just a note, the controller did need significant calibration. No wonder it didn't work properly.
I then started Nautis, went into settings, external controllers and with steering set to azimuth dual control clicked on S1 and S0 made the final calibrations. Did the same for propulsion Z1 an d Y1.
Works a charm say 95%.
Using the tug Olena did figure eights around the red and green buoys both bow and stern first.
