In the Exam scenario, ( from Derde Petroleumhaven to Britanniehaven ) when you arrive the destionation, there is no buoys to be stopped to complete the mission thus the exam.
Also, sproadically, I can not see the ship icon on ecdis when I open any mission ( most likely the complex environment ). I guess it is a bug.
