An idea for improving the gyrocompass.
On ocean-going vessels, the master gyrocompass consists of a ring displaying degrees and a secondary ring displaying tenths of degrees. We also have repeaters, which can now be digital, displaying degrees and tenths of degrees. The display on the coning is only in degrees. Would it be possible to have tenths of a degree as well (like speed)?
