regarding docking, mooring and lighting please have a look at this to see what is possible, done by non professionals:

Please ignore the ships physics and the character running around on the ships.
In my opinion these points are way more important than adding new environments and vessels (although I must admit that Antwerp looks really good ...).
As Nautis Home is becoming more and more boring as there neither are any new tasks nor any traffic in free roam i think these are the main features that need to be addressed, as i otherwise still see a lot of potential in Nautis Home.
