Afew thoughts from me, as a long term Ship Sim enthusiast from the original 2008 version to Extremes and all their DLCs and now, Nautis Home.
I love the concept of a subscription and a growing vessel library that will one day hopefully give us a broad spectrum of ships to tap into, but where have they gone?
I’m sure I’m not alone when I say we want to helm ships, not boats for port tours. The latest updates have given us disappointing additions in the form of small craft that we can do little with, beyond exploring the ports and sailing with no purpose, skill or goal.
Where are the offshore vessels, the large containerships, bulkers, or something of interest to spark our flame again?
Sadly I am feeling the pull back to Ship Sim Extremes and away from a subscription, where we can at least tow, moor and access a catalogue of actual ships.
Here’s hoping we see some meat on the bone soon.
